Yes. A final airflow test at the exterior vent hood is standard on every job - we confirm strong, unrestricted flow before we close out. If airflow is still restricted, we haven't finished the job.

On request, yes. Standard cleaning includes before/after photos at the dryer end and the exterior vent hood; a full camera pass is useful if the dryer keeps throwing an error code after a clean, if you suspect a disconnection inside the wall, or if you're buying or selling the home.

A single-vent single-story cleaning is 30 to 60 minutes; two-story, roof termination, multi-vent, or a repair can take 1 to 3 hours. We lay down floor protection, vacuum the work area, reconnect the dryer, and walk through with you at the end.

Yes - stop running the dryer and book us same-day. A burning smell almost always means lint has reached the heating element or motor. Run it only long enough to confirm the smell, then unplug it until we look. This is exactly the call that, ignored, ends with a burned-out dryer or worse.
